Backyard Fun!

This is what you can do in Mesa the first of March, beats shoveling snow!

Goldfield Mine Ghost Town

This would have been a great place for Sam if he couldn't escape. We had lots of fun and saw many things. I loved the train ride around the place...very interesting.
Grandpa Bill and his buddy Sam waiting to go down into the goldmine.

Kyler on the old tractor. Good thing it doesn't start.

Oh woe is me what have I done to deserve this?

Isn't that a better picture of Kyler. Such a happy little boy for the camera. :)

Trip to Tucson

On our way back from seeing Fred we stop at the Casa Grande National Park. Here is Sara holding it up. It has only been here since the 1300's from a now extinct Indian tribe. Very interesting. I'm glad we stopped. bill and I are going to go back so he can see it too.
These are made out of mud and water and have stood the test of time.

Fred looks good I haven't seen him since Mom's service 5 years ago. We had a good visit. Wish he would come around more often. It is always too long between visits.

Three generations!

Spring Break 2011

We were at Girabaldi's Pizza in Santan Village and they let the kids play with their own pizza dough. They had a pretty good time and the pizza was the best. (That's Kyler, of course)
Sammy waiting for food.

Sammy, Kyler and a stranger on the Grasshopper.

Hard to get a picture of Sam. He is a blur just like his brother. This is a nice play area and we have come here before.

Not as happy as the butterfly.
